What is fulfillment?

Fulfilment is the process by which a third-party company provides warehouse space, packs, and ships orders on behalf of a store. As your fulfilment provider, your physical goods will be stored in one of our secure Brisbane locations ready to be shipped to purchasers as required. All you need to do is supply the inventory and we will take care of the rest.

Why use third-party fulfillment?

Working with SLA means you can outsource the fulfillment process and leave us to handle everything; even customer complaints and management.

What about refunds and other customer issues? We can take care of this for you as well. Damaged goods can be returned to us. If the item is indeed damaged, we can inform you and will resolve the damaged goods scenario according to your wishes. If the items are not damaged or are in sellable condition, we can return it to inventory.
